| #16 | Having to take summer school after spending all that time and money on a state of the art facility supports the concept of public education being a failed enterprise. Public education has succeeded in becoming a huge bureaucracy with the above average salary and benefits (with summers off) while working at some of the newest facilities fitted with all the latest gadgets. At the same time the quality of the education has suffered a substantial decline. Now that we've spent the money only time will tell us what we bought. The track record for such endeavors is not very good. Great links. Thanks Mom! |

| #17 | Just make sure you visit the links !! When students start bombing the SAT's, someone will point the finger at the teacher, the students or the parents. Completely ignoring the fact that the NH Dept of Ed set these students up for failure. The NH schools are now in business to change the attitudes, beliefs and values of the students. NO longer are they there to educate your children. No longer is academic excellence a priority. It's all about having the right attitude. But who is determining what that attitude should be? Who should determine what the values of the students should be? The State Govt? The teacher? The administration? Where are the parents in that equation? It's a way to shape them into worker bees for the workforce. That means if you want your kids educated for college, you might want to avoid the NH public school system.

You'll need to avoid ALL public school sytems because they're all driven and guided by the same people at the federal level, soon to be the UN level, whos primary goal is to create more ignorant slaves. |

I thought the school board was going return monies leftover from the high school project back to the taxpayers ? News flash ...Think again....lol
Now I am hearing it's going to be used for athletics - these projects have been voted down by the voters and taxpayers of Windham.
Are we circumventing the voters again ?
I recommend cleaning up your acts by putting wants on the ballot and hopefully win back the trust of the voters someday....that TRUST is lost and it will take time to rebuild that TRUST....all decisions have consequences....
Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results from the voters is INSANITY......or pray for the naive and uninformed to vote someday....not happening...lol Guess what...our athletic teams are successful with or without all the bells and whistles and personal monuments of our elected volunteers...keep up the good work kids.....Someday we will TRUST our elected volunteers again...Someday...but not TODAY....

| #20 | was it, Benjamin Franklin? who defined insanity as repeating the same action and expecting different results.
they do the same thing they get the same results...
maybe they aren't insane.

But they are expecting a different result...
Our elected volunteers just blame the economy each time the result remains the same... The root cause of failure will always be no matter how you spin it....the decision of "ignoring the voters" of Windham by our elected volunteers since 2008...
History tells us a Windham School Budget and major warrants have never failed in Windham no matter the state of the economy..The Budget and major warrants started failing when our elected volunteers blatantly "ignored the voters" of Windham on many issues since 2008....
Complete a process flow chart - ask the 5 Whys - or completed a fishbone (cause -and-effect) daigram to get your answer to the "root cause" of Windhams failures at the polls since 2008....

| #24 | It may sound strange but it could be coming from the ground. It could very well be related to the Blasting on Ledge Rd. It takes time for the water to travel and although there may not be water at the entrance, who knows if it is underneath the dirt. We had foul smell on our ground for some time. I am not sure, and not throwing darts, but it is a possibility. Ask the construction company what they put underneath the pavement going to the school.
It was the stuff from across the street on Ledge Rd. Again no trying to stir the pot, but you never know...??????????????????? |
